Managed all production of three shift operation including two aluminum extrusion presses, Duranodic and two-step anodizing, and electrostatic painting operations.
Supervised five professionals, seven foremen and one hundred and fifty hourly employees.
Budgetary responsibility exceeded $22 million annually.
Managed all wastewater, safety, and environmental programs.
Started first paint production in the Atlanta plant.
Improved Kynar paint utilization from 120 to 250 square feet/gallon.
